Scope
These terms govern the use of RegioDesk. By creating an account you accept these terms. The full Service Agreement signed at sign-up takes precedence over this summary in case of conflict.
Permitted use
You may use RegioDesk to remote-manage machines you own or have explicit written authorization to manage. Use of RegioDesk to access machines without authorization, or to facilitate unlawful activity, will result in account termination without refund.
Intellectual property
RegioDesk is built on open-source RustDesk. Our additions (management dashboard, 2FA enforcement, audit logging) remain the property of Regio Development. The RustDesk core remains under its original AGPL-3.0 license.
Liability
Service is provided on a best-effort basis with the SLA defined by your plan tier. Liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
