Why teams choose RegioDesk
Your traffic, your servers
Self-hosted backend infrastructure. Connections route through servers in Romania, not a third-party cloud in California.
2FA built in, not bolted on
TOTP-based two-factor authentication and trusted-device management for every connection. Optional, enforceable, free.
Full audit trail
Every connection logged with timestamp, source IP, target machine, and 2FA status. Exportable for compliance reviews.
No vendor lock-in
Built on open RustDesk. You can stand up your own server tomorrow if you wanted to.
What you can do
Everything you need to support a fleet of Windows machines, in a single dashboard.
Remote Desktop access
Secure access to any Windows machine you manage, from any location, without VPN.
Real-time monitoring
Live status for every connected machine via WebSocket.
Connection history
Complete audit log with CSV/JSON export for compliance.
One-click connect
Open the desktop app, click the machine, you're in. No URLs to copy, no codes to dictate.
Permissions
Granular access control by user and group. Least-privilege defaults.
Auto-discovery
Agents register themselves on first run. Zero-touch provisioning.

How it works
- 1
Install the agent
Run a single MSI on each Windows machine you want to manage. The RegioDesk Agent registers automatically.
- 2
Enable 2FA
Scan the QR code in your account settings. From now on every connection requires a TOTP.
- 3
Connect from the desktop app
Open RegioDesk on Windows or macOS, pick a machine, you're in.
- 4
Audit when needed
Every connection is logged with who, what, when, and from where. Export to CSV for your auditor.
Simple, transparent pricing
Three tiers. No hidden add-ons. Cancel anytime.

Frequently asked questions
Where is my data hosted?+
All connection metadata and 2FA secrets are stored on servers in Romania (EU). Connection traffic itself routes through a relay in Romania — never through a US or Asia-Pacific cloud.
Is this just RustDesk with a logo?+
RegioDesk uses RustDesk as its open-source core protocol but wraps it with the management dashboard, 2FA enforcement, audit logging, dynamic password rotation, and per-machine security mode controls that vanilla RustDesk doesn't ship with.
What does the trial include?+
All Team-tier features for 14 days. No credit card required to start. We email you 3 days before the trial ends.
Can I import machines from TeamViewer or AnyDesk?+
There's no automated importer — vendor APIs don't expose machine lists in a useful way. Manually adding a machine takes about 30 seconds (install agent, name it). For larger fleets we provide a CSV-based bulk-deploy script.
How do I get support?+
