This page describes how RegioDesk handles personal data. RegioDesk is operated by Regio Development, a Romanian software company.
Data we collect
Account data (name, email, company, billing address) for service provision and billing. Connection metadata (timestamp, source IP, target machine, 2FA status) for audit purposes. We do not log keystrokes, screen content, or any data inside your remote sessions.
How we use it
Account data is used to provide the service and bill you. Connection metadata is retained per your plan tier (30 days on Solo, 1 year on Team, unlimited on Business) and exposed only to authorized users in your account.
Your rights
Under GDPR you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at any time. Email us at the address below; we respond within 30 days.
